Locker Keys
Overview
There are 50 locker keys spread out across the game. These can be found on the ground, or on objects (like tables or roofs), or in shops, etc. See the maps tab for the locations of all these keys. The locations tab provides you with further details if required (like a screenshot of the key location along with a more detailed explanation of its location). The table below shows the full list of keys, the map on which they can be found, and the item you get as a reward for opening the locker.
Note that there are 2 versions of the A-1 key. This is the key you pick up during the main story (in the prologue) to get the collection money. In Kyoto Adventure mode, this key is found in the inventor's house and gives a different reward.
When you open all 50 lockers, you are rewarded with the Lucky Beads equipment item. You can receive this by examining the letter you receive at Kiryu's house.

Locations
As you explore the different areas in the game, you'll see small glowing lights. These are the locker keys, so keep an eye out for them. However, even though they glow to help make their location more obvious, there are some well hidden keys in this game. Below you will find more details about the locations of the keys in the game. Click on the thumbnail of the screenshot to open it full-size in a new tab. You can use this screenshot as a reference to help you find it.
Gion
You must collect this during the main story. It is found at the Gion Inari Shrine, on the floor next to one of the stone statues.

Only found in the Kyoto Tour mode. Go inside the inventor's house at the top-right of Gion.
Rakugai
Inside the smithy. Go into the back room, where you'll find the key on the ground.
Kawara Street
On the ground on the bridge in Kawara Street.

On the ground in a narrow alley behind Arigataya.
Mountain Road
Found at the end of the small passage you enter when you cross the small bridge on this road.
Forest Road
On a box in the small hut (near to the entrance to Rakugai).

On a bench near the entrance to the Yoshioka dojo area.

On the small shrine at the centre of the map.

On the ground in the area nearest to Rendai Field, next to a fence on the south-end of this area.
